Copic 102 – Summer Acrylic Album, aka ‘Let No Surface Remain UnInked’
Saturday, August 15th – 1:30-3:30pm
In this technique-packed workshop we will go beyond the basics to explore using Copic inks and the many surfaces and techniques used to color them. From layering colors on transparencies, to airbrushing on acrylic as well as coloring 'bling', felt, epoxy stickers, ribbon, metal and chipboard, Sally Lynn will guide you through every surface to go way above and beyond stamped images to altering everything. We'll also explore complementary products such as Glimmer Mist and Nestabilities dies. There are no mistakes in class, only a new and different way to go about a technique. Come join us for an evening of exploring this wonderful medium and make this fantastic acrylic album with all of the techniques and surfaces we will explore and alter!
What to Bring: 12” Trimmer, Scissors, Wet Adhesive, such as Fabritac or Zip Dry (strongly recommended), Black permanent marker and a Cropadile if you have one.

Description: This technique-packed layout features many wonderful products from Prima, including Clear Paintables, which we will color with pearlescent paints and Copic Markers and layer with loads of product from the Flirty Little Secret collection. This wonderful bold palette with vibrant pinks, teals, greens and blues offset with touches of white and a romantic black will contrast beautifully with the bold designs of the transparency overlay. Lots of gorgeous flowers and leaves, chipboard, bling and my favorite ribbons and letters complete this feminine layout. An interactive journaling element will be the finishing touch. As always, full sets of alphabets are provided to students to customize your project for your own use.
